On this site, you’ll find everything you need to know about becoming a recognised specialist, how you can manage your billing and account online, and more about the ways we can work together. 

Please note: new registrations for online billing is currently unavailable. We are now working in partnership with Healthcode so please register for the Healthcode Private Practice Register.

You will no longer be able to invoice through this website from 31st July 2018.

We are asking all our specialists, practitioners and group practices to switch to invoicing via our ebilling provider Healthcode. This will simplify our systems and enable us to handle your invoices and queries more efficiently, saving time and money for your practice and our business and helping us protect our members’ subscriptions.

If you are already registered to use Healthcode or have registered for The Private Practice Register, switching should be simple. Please continue to use your existing Healthcode login details to submit your invoices.

If you are not registered with Healthcode, we have created a process to help you.

You do not need to register with Healthcode directly. We have sent you an email, subject line “AXA PPP online billing system is closing”, which gives you instructions on what to do next. This email includes the user ID you will need to log in.

If you haven’t received your email and login, please contact Healthcode directly. Their customer services desk provides support 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please contact them on 01784 263 150 or custserv@healthcode.co.uk
